Coordinator of demo farms of delegated cooperation project in Moldova “EU4Moldova Sustainable food systems – production”

The subject of the public contract is coordination and expert advisory services within the EU delegated cooperation project in Moldova titled “EU4Moldova Sustainable Food Systems - Production”. The coordination and expert advisory services will specifically include the following areas: • Organization and coordination of activities of demonstration farms in the northern, central, and southern parts of Moldova (a total of 8 locations), including the scheduling of seasonal work, trials, and training sessions. • Coordination of field days and training activities in cooperation with Czech and Moldovan experts; ensuring logistics and technical arrangements. • Monitoring and data collection from demonstration fields, preparation of monthly progress reports, and provision of feedback to the project team. • Preparation and updating of the methodological manual for demonstration farms, including coordination with Czech experts to ensure alignment with principles of sustainable and integrated agriculture. • Oversight of compliance with methodological procedures set out in the manual and provision of recommendations for improvement based on field practice. • Regular harmonization of methodologies and procedures across individual farms to ensure a unified approach to testing and data collection throughout the project. • Cooperation with Czech experts and support to the Czech implementing partner: ensuring effective collaboration with Czech experts and providing necessary support to the Czech implementing partner. • Performance of additional tasks: carrying out other activities based on instructions from the Head of the Delegated Cooperation Team and the project and manager assigned to the project. Services will be provided on an ongoing, as-needed for the Czech Development Agency.
