Contractor of the pavilion of Czech participation at the General World Exposition EXPO 2020 in Dubai - 2

The procurement procedure is implemented for the purpose of execution of a contract between the contracting authority and the economic operator, the subject-matter of which will be implementation, operation and removal of the Czech Republic’s pavilion at the EXPO 2020 Universal Exposition in Dubai in a manner and under the conditions stipulated in these Procurement Documents and appendices thereof. The specification of the subject-matter of performance is included in Appendix No. 2 Technical Specification hereto and it is further included in the contract (and appendices thereof), the draft of which is included in Appendix No. 3 hereto.
