FoS/UPOL – compact portable profilometer

The subject of the public contract is delivery of one piece of compact portable profilometer – a compact device for measuring mechanical parameters of machined optical surfaces. The device must be capable of measuring surface texture and roughness, surface shape and manufacturing defects of functional surfaces of optical components. The measurements shall be possible on freely positioned elements. The equipment must also allow the above parameters to be checked on the machined surface of the optical element being manufactured, which is placed directly in the machine. Measurements inside the machine tool must be possible without having to handle the element under test. The measured data will allow the quality of the optical surface to be evaluated and can also be used to provide information on the condition of the machined surface for the downstream step of the CNC manufacturing process. In addition to the delivery itself, the subject of the public contract is also the installation, training of the operator and provision of warranty service.
