Flexible supports of the COMPASS Upgrade tokamak

The subject matter of this Public Contract is the manufacture (including purchase of materials and specified tests) and delivery of the flexible supports of the COMPASS Upgrade tokamak (hereinafter the “Flexible Supports”). It comprises also the Supplier’s obligation to deliver, under the terms and conditions agreed in the following Contract, and to transfer ownership right to the Flexible Supports to the Contracting Authority.
