TopSky – framework agreement on system modifications II

The subject-matter is the obligation of the supplier to provide the contracting authority with the system modifications and/or evolutions in order to correspond to the internal requirements of the Client and the requirements of the European ATM environment. Detailed description of the subject of performance of the public contract is in Appendix No. 2 of the Invitation – Contract No. 069/2022/IS/033 (hereinafter as “the Contract”).
