Service support for ATM systems – AMHS/AFTN and NOS incl. sub-system IBS

The subject of performance of this public contract is service and maintenance support for the systems AMHS/AFTN and NOS incl. sub-system IBS, mainly: • H24 phone support including intervention (remote or on site) in case of serious failure • SW support and analysis of non-standard behavior of the system Detailed description of the subject of performance of the public contract is in Appendix No. 2 of the Invitation – Contract No. 022/2021/PS/033 (hereinafter as “the Contract”).
