Metallic hot stamping foil with positioned DOVID – re-announcement

The subject of this public contract is the Contractor’s obligation: a) to create a final design of DOVIDs based on the design specification provided by the Contracting Authorithy; b) to create an origination (production of a Master) of hot stamping foil with DOVIDs for the banknote, including creation of diffractive security feature design; c) to grant exclusive license covering the design of the diffractive security feature and an exclusive license covering the Master and its copies for the use of the sheets for the manufacture of banknote; d) to produce and deliver the hot stamping foils with DOVIDs to the Contracting authorithy, in the amount of 250 000 pcs of DOVIDs; e) to enable to acquire the ownership title to the supplied DOVIDs to the Buyer.
